Purchased a spa retreat for two, including 90 minutes of treatments - a hot stone full body massage, facial, and scalp massage. Access to the fire/ice & rainforest spa followed by afternoon tea. Worth every penny. The staff we interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and cheerful. The venue is well-kept and spotless. The treatments were absolutely incredible, the highlight of the day. The staff are truly skilled at what they do. The variety of saunas & steam rooms were exactly what we needed. Spent 5 hours trying them all. The rainforest cafe was stunning, and the afternoon tea was delightful. The rainforest spa exuded tranquillity, with the decor, visuals, and music enhancing the relaxation experience. Will definitely return, especially with the discount return voucher. Booked our next visit immediately - can't wait to be back 😀
