A friend and I visited for a pedicure today 🥰 Sophia and Jenny were incredibly warm and hospitable 🤗 Their friendly banter made us feel at ease, never once making the atmosphere uncomfortable. We left feeling so relaxed, almost in need of a nap. Many thanks to these two lovely ladies! I extend my best wishes to Jenny for her third child and to Sophia for the salon. I have no doubt you both will excel! I am definitely looking forward to my next visit 🥰🤩
I've frequented the hair studio for a span of years, always feeling at ease and content. However, my most recent visits have left me quite disheartened. I caught wind of the employees, including Sophia, gossiping about me as I exited the treatment area, leaving me utterly embarrassed and taken aback. Sophia appears more preoccupied with avoiding wax on her nails than effectively carrying out the waxing procedure to remove all hairs (which is her primary duty). During my last appointment booking call, upon confirming my prior visits, I received a lacklustre response when I provided my name, almost as if they were unfamiliar with me. The salon's atmosphere has notably deteriorated since changing ownership. My recent experiences have left me feeling quite miserable.
The team exuded a sense of familial warmth during my initial visit. I opted for a full leg wax, but regrettably, I still have a considerable amount of hair left on my legs post-waxing. I am unable to locate an email address, and the salon is currently closed for me to contact them.
