I've had my eyebrows tattooed a couple of times, the last time not being the best so due to moving to a new area, decided to research for a new place to attend. I came across Emma via her website and from my initial consultation to having my eyebrows done, I cannot recommend her enough. She is brilliant from start to finish, explaining everything in detail along the way and even her communication before/after appointments are spot on. I'm thrilled with my new eyebrows and would not hesitate to recommend her. Her home salon is spotless also and such a relaxing place to be!
I recently completed my classic lash extensions course with Emma and I only wish I had done it sooner! The training I received was top-notch, I left feeling so confident and comfortable with all the knowledge Emma gave me to go on and do my clients solo. The home studio is extremely clean and professional, making it so easy to carry out services on clients. I can't wait to receive more training from Emma as I build up my own career in the beauty industry.
I have been going to Emma for a number of years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Emma is professional and spends a lot of time during the consultation to explain everything and make sure she knows exactly what you want. I have had my brows done three times and my lips tattooed twice. Emma explained what she was doing throughout the procedures and gave me breaks when needed. Her studio is beautiful and clean, and Emma is professional but also friendly. The aftercare is also excellent, and Emma contacted me after each procedure to check that I was healing okay (as well as an appointment two weeks after each procedure). Whenever I have messaged Emma with a question, she has always responded promptly. 5 stars.
