I had reservations due to the reviews but was pleasantly surprised by the service. I dropped in after work and was promptly attended to by a team of four. They were courteous and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Delighted with my nails! I will certainly become a regular customer.
Spontaneously decided to visit for the first time after work and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was so calming that I nearly dozed off after a hectic week. Completed within an hour, unlike my previous experiences which took much longer, and the results were stunning. This will definitely be my new preferred salon.
Requested gel polish on my natural nails, only to have them completely removed against my wishes. Asked for an oval shape but ended up with square nails with rough edges. The technician cut my finger with the nail clippers due to lack of experience. The nail design was incorrect, and the application was messy and uneven. Despite asking for shorter nails, they were still too long. Ended up removing and fixing them at home immediately.
