I typically dread hair appointments as I never leave satisfied, but my perception has changed. Sophie made me feel heard today, and I eagerly anticipate my upcoming visits to the salon. Customer service was lacking on this day, true we arrived five minutes tardy for our 2:40 appointment. We rushed over after collecting the young ones from nursery in Elgin, only to find Vix informing us that she shuts at 3pm. It was 2:45 at the time. There was just enough time to trim my son's hair, but she refused to serve us. Very poor service. Closing at 3pm but closing up shop at 2:45.
