I must concur with the previous low rating, as my appointments were abruptly cancelled multiple times. Once, I was about to head out for my appointment, and another time, I was parked outside the salon - given less than 30 minutes' notice each time. I've also received last-minute cancellations via text the night before. The owner has taken days or weeks to reschedule, leaving me feeling disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years. While the work is good, the lack of professionalism and organization has led to frequent letdowns.

I initially left a 5-star review, which I later deleted. I had been a regular customer for a year, always scheduling evening appointments after work to accommodate my busy schedule. The service was of high quality, and I never encountered any issues. Suddenly, I was informed that evening appointments were no longer an option due to the salon's struggles. Despite offering to be flexible and rearrange appointments, I received no response. The unprofessional manner in which I was dropped as a client led me to remove the gels myself, resulting in damage to my nails. A straightforward conversation and a courtesy appointment to remove the gels would have been appreciated.
