Reserved a few treatments for myself and my husband while we stayed at the hotel. Having tried various spas in the past, this was without a doubt the most exceptional experience we've ever had. Unlike previous experiences, there was no aggressive upselling of additional treatments, everything was just as we had booked. I indulged in a 50-minute (which was a complete 50 minutes) full-body massage with Elaine which was simply magical, I left feeling utterly relaxed. My husband had a facial and hot stone massage which he thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended.
