I paid for my spouse to have her nails professionally done, but to be frank, the outcome was disappointing. The appointment felt rushed, the staff displayed rudeness, and seemed annoyed by the simple task of doing her nails. Even my three-year-old daughter could have done a better job. When I requested a refund today, they refused, insisting that she come back for corrections. However, my partner is hesitant to return due to their lack of confidence. I then asked for a refund instead, but they still declined, with the staff member being impolite and unapologetic. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this place, and I will ensure that everyone I know is aware of this experience.
I am extremely pleased with the service provided here. The staff are lovely and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!
These nails are absolutely fantastic! Tam did an outstanding job. I've tried numerous nail salons in Lowestoft, but none have matched up until now. From this point on, I won't be going anywhere else.
