Pakefield Pharmacy, 2-4 Stradbroke Rd
This was my initial visit, but I had a wonderful time. I got my nails and makeup done for a wedding, and the owner even came in on their day off to assist me! I truly felt pampered during my 4-hour visit and enjoyed the relaxed and welcoming environment. I am definitely planning to return soon for another pampering session.

I paid for my spouse to have her nails professionally done, but to be frank, the outcome was disappointing. The appointment felt rushed, the staff displayed rudeness, and seemed annoyed by the simple task of doing her nails. Even my three-year-old daughter could have done a better job. When I requested a refund today, they refused, insisting that she come back for corrections. However, my partner is hesitant to return due to their lack of confidence. I then asked for a refund instead, but they still declined, with the staff member being impolite and unapologetic. Absolutely amazing salon in Lowestoft within easy reach of the train station.
The staff are always super friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond for their clients.
I have personally had gel nails, eyelash extensions, brow tints, waxing, makeup and hair (both cut & a separate style appointment) and I can’t praise the team enough.
Highly recommend Kelly and her team at Perfection.
