Absolutely fantastic if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to get gel extension nails which is supposed to be £25 which I say on their price list but they wanted to charge me £35 even though I asked before i got it done and they said £25. Secondly, the lady who does the gel extensions did it so slopping and cut my nail so short that they are now ruined. Don’t know who qualified her to do nails as she did not take care in protecting my natural nails. Thirdly, I was told they would last 2-3 weeks, they only proceeded to last 3 days before they started falling off. Fourthly when I went to complain that did not do anything to rectify the situation, I wanted a partial refund and for them to remove the remaining residue on my nails. I also provided receipts of when the nails came off, which also showed the dates on the picture taken. The owner (I think, she’s the owner) proceeded to raise her voice and argue you me when I simple said I am entitled to refund when the service provided was less than poor. I would advice to not get your nails done their at all.
I had one of the best experiences of my life. I would absolutely get eyelash extensions in the ASH BEAUTY SPOT again. The staff was extremely professional and very sweet she did ask about my choice and did include my opinion of the eyelashes that I wanted she made sure I got my element done right.
