I inquired with the staff at DUAN if they could take off my nails. They confirmed they could. It took them a total of 120 minutes to remove my nails. Not only did they run out of the solution to soak my nails, but they also informed me of this setback just 10 minutes into the removal process. Moreover, it turned out to be a lengthy procedure, and they accidentally cut into my skin while using other tools to remove the nails. The equipment they used thinned out my nail to the extent that it caused a burning sensation. Midway through, the owner suggested I could leave with my nails half-done if it was too painful, but I insisted they continue, requesting them to be gentle. Eventually, the pain became unbearable, and I ended up in tears. Not only were the nails not removed properly, but they also ended up damaging my nails and skin, all while charging me the full price. As someone who works in a hospital, I know that this is not the level of service that should be provided to customers. I was thoroughly dissatisfied and, more so, appalled by the boss's behaviour. However, the other employees were delightful. Overall, my nails are now damaged and sore.
