Great Boots store....Good choice of products and very helpful pharmaceutical staff.
If I could give this place no stars I would. Tried everything they asked in order to get emergency cancer treatment drugs that I needed. Obstructive, unhelpful and actually almost vindictive in attitude when challenged. Deliberately put up obstacles in order not to help. Walked around the corner to Tomlinsons and was sorted in three minutes. Pharmacy needs closing. Avoid
My experience a year ago at Boots…I've never been so insulted in my life by a PROFESSIONAL individual. The pharmacist Alex is horrible. Rude to their own staff too. No idea why Boots have kept them on. Nasty and bitter.
