Just visited this salon. Oh, what a terrible experience. Incredibly impolite and hurried. She was so stressed you couldn't even move without her instructing you to stay still! Literally. The gel application was sloppy, and now I'll have to get them redone. Waste of money.
Quite pricey for nail polish and nail shaping - it came to over £50, whereas it usually costs me £25 at my local Chinese nail salon, and they are much more courteous. I didn't have the time, so I decided to give Mablethorpe a try while I was here, but never again. I was shocked by the cost, it only took her 45 minutes at most. I wouldn't recommend.
Utterly disgraceful, she has completely ruined my nails. The builder gel she used is of very poor quality. It hasn't even lasted a week - two nails are split, and another has broken entirely. PLEASE AVOID if you care about your nails.
