Absolutely appalling service we received today. One individual running this store and constantly interrupting the ear piercing of my two year old to attend to customers. Since my child couldn't have the second ear pierced, the first one had to be removed. So now my two year old has endured a distressing ordeal only to have to repeat the process at another store. It makes no sense to pierce an ear only to remove it after we offered to cover all costs for the equipment and services. Disgusting service. You should feel ashamed.
My daughter had her ears pierced at Claire's in Macclesfield, and they were fantastic! My daughter is 6 years old. They placed a tiara on her head, gave her a teddy bear to hold, and ensured that the hole placements were even and perfect.
Today, my 13-year-old daughter had her ears pierced. The assistant manager, who was the sole staff member on duty (a small branch), was incredibly helpful, kind, and competent, making the entire experience enjoyable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for a well-executed, professional procedure. Well done.
