I've been journeying 50 miles each way to the Christie in Manchester sometimes twice weekly for chemotherapy and to say they were outstanding is an understatement. Since Christmas, I've now switched to the Christie in Macclesfield with hopes that they will be just as good as they are only 30 miles from my home. There was absolutely no need for any concerns as Macclesfield is equally exceptional from the moment I walk through the door to when I leave. I couldn't be treated any better if I were royalty (which I'm not 😂) Thank you to everyone at both of the Christie's for your superb care ❤️
Doctors and nursing staff are excellent. I arrived for a session of complementary therapy only to discover my appointment had been cancelled without any notification. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but please consider the effort required for a cancer patient to make it there.
I'm a patient at the Christie but have to wait hours for blood results, so I visited the Macclesfield Christie the day before. It was prompt and comfortable. Highly recommended.
