Charlie is absolutely marvellous! She's such a delightful individual and truly excels in all aspects of her craft. I've had lash extensions and infills, which were flawless, as well as a bridal hair trial with my daughter and mother, and she effortlessly crafted beautiful styles for us with our fine hair.
