The individuals trimming hair are pleasant, yet the haircut was subpar. I cannot vouch for their skills in cutting women's hair, but in terms of men's hair, they are lacking. I requested minimal length be taken off the top, with my hair measuring about 4 inches in the front, now reduced to less than an inch. The reference image I provided was essentially disregarded, and when I mentioned perhaps not cutting so much off the top, the lady simply retorted, "I know what I'm doing." Cordial staff, disappointing haircut.

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter, which was unexpected given my positive experiences with other barbers in the past. I had a prepaid appointment for a cut, wash, and trim with Freddie. She hastened my haircut when another client entered, engaging in conversation with them without paying attention to my hair in the mirror. I had only requested a trim, but she inquired about shaping, to which I agreed to a slight amount. Upon completion, I noticed she had cut off more than half the length of the shaping at the front, in a messy and haphazard manner. She also added layers without my consent, which did not complement my curly wavy hair. Furthermore, she mistakenly removed my corners, as pointed out by another barber I visited to rectify the situation. After a cursory towel dry, she left my hair disheveled and attended to the other client, leaving me to request a hairbrush to tidy up myself. I had to wait for her to finish conversing with the other client before retrieving my hoodie she had hung up. Being 17 and having a prepaid appointment, I feel she rushed the service, assuming it wouldn't matter, resulting in a choppy cut. This experience has left me traumatised and apprehensive about future salon visits. I am dismayed by the cut and must endure a six-month wait for it to return to normal. Although my visit was in July, I initially refrained from leaving a review, attributing it to a potentially off day for Freddie and my tardiness to the appointment. However, after seeking a correction cut elsewhere, the other barber revealed the extent of Freddie's poor work, prompting me to share my experience to caution others.
