They're not responding to texts. Which number should I use?
I don’t like to write poor reviews but I recently decided to try this place instead of my usual spot. The initial massage by Nana was incredible, highly professional, and left me feeling fantastic. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. So, I made another appointment a few weeks later and on Friday, I saw Coco. I must say, it was a terrible experience and possibly the worst massage I've ever received. She seemed disinterested, yawning, and going through the motions without putting in much effort. When I asked for more pressure, it had no effect. The massage on my arms and legs could hardly be called a massage; it felt like just rubbing the skin. There was a noticeable difference between the treatment on my arms - one was stretched and massaged, while the other was completely neglected. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to see the manager, she claimed not to understand my English. It appeared that she was more concerned about me not wanting to remove my boxer shorts than providing a professional service. Despite paying £45, I felt like it was a complete waste. I would appreciate it if the manager could reach out to me, offer a refund, or provide another massage to make up for this disappointing experience. Initially, I thought I had found my new long-term go-to place. Thank you.
