So pleased with the service, incredibly friendly and welcoming. I absolutely adore my nails, and the process was very efficient. 💗💗
I opted for a full set of acrylics and the staff were delightful, promptly rectifying any issues. They replicated my nail design exactly as requested. The only downside was the inconsistency in the base colour of my pink French tips and the variation in glitter application across the fingers. Despite this, I am still very pleased with my nails! Would definitely return.
My nails turned out well, but if you seek a comfortable experience, this may not be the best choice. I encountered impolite and judgmental individuals. I was asked to change my design four times as they deemed it "too difficult", which did not seem professional. Additionally, the prices listed on the website do not match what you pay in-store. Acrylics are not £25 as advertised, but £38.
