I reserved a Massage physio about a week after my surgery, and I must say Alexander has been absolutely amazing. Even though I only booked for lymphatic drainage massages, he tailors the treatment to include soft tissue massages as well. Alexander's expertise extends beyond just physio; providing guidance on posture and small adjustments that can have a significant impact on your recovery. I've noticed a significant improvement after just 3 massages.
