Enjoy practising yoga with Clair. I've attended pregnancy, postnatal, and now women's yoga classes with her, and all three have been fantastic. Clair exudes a calming presence and creates a safe environment in each class.
I'm thrilled I discovered lushtums when I was expecting. The pregnancy yoga classes provided me with a space to focus on my growing baby while engaging in safe exercise. They also helped me understand positions and movements that could assist during childbirth, along with breathing techniques. Clair is an exceptional instructor; she pays close attention during our initial circle and customizes the yoga session to address any aches and pains. There was even a session offered for my partner to learn these techniques and how to best support me during labor. After pregnancy yoga, I joined mum and baby yoga which was enjoyable and offered valuable support and advice on self-care and baby care. Clair also enhanced my understanding of my pelvic floor. I now participate in online women's yoga sessions which allow me to incorporate yoga into my routine and offer mental and physical support. Clair has helped me remember to show kindness to myself and has provided me with numerous strategies and affirmations for everyday life. It's a wonderfully positive and supportive community, and I still meet up with other mums I befriended during pregnancy yoga.
Clair's yoga sessions have been my weekly dose of tranquility and peace during my pregnancy, I'm truly enjoying them. She tailors each session to suit the unique needs of every individual and there's no pregnancy discomfort that she can't alleviate with gentle therapeutic movements. It also mentally and physically prepares you for childbirth with plenty of helpful breathing exercises and labor support tips. Highly recommended!
