Despite reaching out via WhatsApp and Instagram, I was informed of a system glitch that caused the appointment to be unavailable. However, the same time slots were open on future dates. After a rescheduled appointment, there was still no communication. As my attempts to contact them have been ignored, I am disputing the charge.
Dee is extremely skilled in her craft but lacks professionalism and provides poor customer service. My appointment was cancelled last minute without any communication, causing me to rearrange my plans. Although Dee later texted me to reschedule, I remain unsatisfied with her customer service. It is crucial for her to enhance her professionalism and customer relations to prevent potential harm to her business.
Dee's communication was swift and efficient, addressing all my queries and accommodating my schedule. I appreciated the pre-appointment reminder and her punctuality, arriving 15 minutes early to set up. The overall experience was outstanding; Dee's passion for Microlocs shines through.
