I have very weak nails that constantly break, so I've tried acrylic tips before to help grow my natural nails. Every time I've had them done, they never lasted more than 2 weeks without either coming off completely or lifting to some extent, so I decided to try Sass...wow, I am thrilled! This time, instead of acrylics, I had sculptures, and they lasted the full 4 weeks until my next appointment without any issues. I am so impressed with them...so much so that I've already scheduled my next 3 appointments. The team is incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their field 😁

I've been getting my gel nails done with Sara for almost a year now, and she always does an excellent job! I was initially concerned that gel nails would harm mine, but they've actually improved and are much stronger! Sara is not only a skilled beautician but also a kind person. She is very patient and always willing to help with any questions about treatments.

I was given a £40 voucher for my birthday and decided to add £6 of my own for a callus peel. It was advertised as a half hour slot. I expected a foot wash but didn't get one. A substance was applied to the soles of my feet, then plastic bags were put on them. I was left for 10 minutes with bags on my feet. After that, the substance was scraped off, and the staff member only used an emery board to file the soles of my feet. It took no more than 10 minutes. Then she massaged something into my feet. When I put my shoes on, I struggled to walk as they were slipping. I was finished in 20 minutes! In my opinion, I would have been better off seeing a chiropodist instead of going to a nail bar. Chiropodists don't charge £46. I definitely would not recommend this. What a waste of money and time. I was back home before my half hour was even up. So disappointed and dissatisfied.
