Oh, where do I even begin! I reached out to this salon earlier today and was invited to come in immediately. The entire team exudes warmth and made me feel completely at ease. Arriving with my hair in a dreadful state – colour and all – I was fortunate to have Sally work her magic! I am at a loss for words but absolutely thrilled with the miraculous transformation she achieved. This salon is now my ultimate destination, providing everything one needs to feel rejuvenated. I cannot sing their praises enough; thank you once more!! X
I have never encountered such poor service from a hairdresser before. I had scheduled my appointment for 9.30am, only to have it rescheduled to 10am the night prior (without consulting me). Arriving at 9.55am, I found the stylist 20 minutes late, citing the need to retrieve her car after attending a wedding the previous night! Considering I had to leave by 11.30am for work, I was informed that there wouldn't be enough time to complete the service. This experience was absolutely dreadful. Steer clear of this establishment!
I'm absolutely gutted with the outcome of my haircut. I simply wanted a trim and some shaping around the front. Previously, my front hair would gracefully fall below my chin. It seems there was a miscommunication as the stylist ended up giving me bangs that do not blend in with the rest of my hair as I had requested. Moreover, she inexplicably cut a large chunk from the left side, resulting in an uneven length where one side is longer than the other. The imbalance in hair distribution is also quite noticeable. This deviation from my request means I'll have to wait another entire year for it to grow out, after spending the last 2-3 years growing out my natural colour. I am beyond disappointed.
