I went to the barbershop to book an appointment. The woman at the front desk scheduled me in for the following day, which was perfect as I had plans for a special night with my partner. However, when I arrived, my appointment was not on their system, and they were unable to accommodate me. They offered me a slot three days after the special day. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
The salon is absolutely stunning, and the owner is fantastic. Each visit guarantees a personalised and luxurious experience. I've had my hair styled by both Kellan and Kyle, and I can't praise them enough. Their attention to detail and expertise have kept my hair in great condition.
Kellan is fantastic, incredibly warm and friendly. He made me feel comfortable during my initial hair appointment with him. The salon has a welcoming atmosphere with a smile always waiting for you. I also had a wonderfully relaxing full body massage by Charlie, and I highly recommend it.
