I recently switched to Tops Nails, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are delightful, and my nails always turn out beautifully. A visit to Tops Nails in Mansfield is a definite must. 💅😁
The staff were fine, but my nails are in a terrible state. They are all different lengths and shapes, some are even crooked. The tips were glued on at an odd angle, making them stick up and causing pain when touched. It's a truly awful set of nails. If I could, I would give 0 stars.
I waited for over an hour, watching as they attended to other customers who arrived after me. I couldn't leave because they had already applied the tips. I was very disappointed with the service. Overall, it was a terrible experience!
