My requested nail design was completely different from what I ended up with. It seemed like my technician was lacking motivation and didn't put in much effort, resulting in nails that look terrible.
It has been a wonderful experience every time I requested intricate nail designs, although the price was quite high (£40). Surprisingly, the cost remained the same even for a simple French tip design. However, on my fourth visit, I was charged an additional £3 for just two stars in the design (as shown in the first picture).
I am absolutely delighted with the nail work done by Charlie today! I showed her a reference picture, and she exceeded my expectations in terms of colour, shape, and overall finish. I felt extremely well taken care of during my visit, with multiple offers for drinks making me feel very comfortable. The pricing was also very reasonable. I am eagerly looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you so much, Rory x
