Last week, I noticed a few acquaintances with beautifully done acrylic nails that looked elegant and not overly thick like some other places tend to do them. Curious, I inquired about the salon they visited and they all recommended 'JN Nails'. Intrigued, I decided to try it out for myself and found the premises to be immaculately clean, with soothing music playing in the background. Additionally, the offer of tea or coffee was a nice touch. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment! x
Visited today After phoning ahead to check, if they could accommodate my request. He assured me they could fulfil my needs so I made the journey. The individual working there was incredibly impolite, making me wait unnecessarily before informing me they couldn't assist. And then she simply walked away. How disrespectful. I do not endorse this establishment at all. Their communication skills are lacking.
Arranged an appointment but they were overbooked, waited for 45 minutes only to leave without receiving any treatment. The pricing is exorbitant and not clearly explained. Initially quoted one price, then charged double at payment. Ensure you have the correct pricing before proceeding. I was charged £18 for a 10-minute nail varnish removal, equating to £108 per hour, and they only accept cash. I would not return.
