Absolutely dreadful experience! When opting for hair extensions from a reputable salon and after three weeks, finding myself with less hair and bald spots. They deny responsibility, shifting the blame to my hair type and aftercare routine. I took meticulous care because hair growth is a lengthy process. I entrusted you to deliver a satisfactory service, but instead, you've left my hair in a deplorable state, showing no remorse! Ignoring my attempts to communicate via email and messages. Your salon continues to operate, but you've left me shattered. I can no longer wear my hair down due to the damage you've caused. I feel incredibly self-conscious. My confidence and mental well-being have been shattered. Thanks a lot!! I had no intention of making this public, but since you show no regard for me, why should I care about you and your business? It appears that you lack insurance as well. Customers, beware, as you may be at risk in case of an accident, with no coverage. Expect to hear from trading standards, NHF, and receive legal notice!! This has been the most traumatic experience of my life. I'm utterly devastated. When entrusting your hair to a hairdresser, you don't anticipate being left with a mess. I used to have thick, voluminous hair, and now it's limp and sparse. Thank you for destroying the confidence of a struggling mother dealing with PND 😭

Although the stylist was pleasant, I am not pleased with my haircut. I entered with hair long enough to reach the top of my backside, requested a simple trim with some layers, and specified that only 2-3 inches at most should be removed to maintain my length. In reality, around 8 inches were snipped off, leaving my hair barely grazing the bottom of my shoulder blades. The layers are practically non-existent, with the shortest layer barely 1cm shorter than the overall length. I felt rushed during the appointment as my designated stylist was absent due to covid. Upon arrival, another client arrived shortly after me, but the stylist chose to take a cigarette break before attending to either of us. Despite the stylist's friendliness, I found the experience unprofessional and hastily executed. I would have preferred if my appointment had been cancelled. I will not be coming back.
