I visited the salon today for a full head of highlights and a significant amount of hair cut off. Joanne worked wonders on my dry, flat, and damaged hair. Not only does my hair look incredible, but it also feels amazing. I highly recommend this salon and will certainly be returning for future appointments.
My personal experience was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, my appointment was nowhere to be found. The attendant refused to remove my braids for the re-plaiting service I had booked. After washing my hair, the stylist failed to properly rinse out the shampoo, leaving a tangled mess that has taken me three days to sort out. She was incredibly impolite and claimed she didn't have time to detangle my hair. I left the salon with wet hair feeling very upset, and I still do not recommend this hairdresser.
The service was absolutely fantastic from the moment we entered the establishment. First-rate treatment, my son's hair was permed and it looks truly amazing. Joanne went above and beyond to ensure our visit was welcoming. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Jo!
