My nails did not last long at all, only four days after paying £27 - a significant amount for a child to save up. One of the nails fell off on the same day it was done, which is unacceptable.
The service I received was beyond rude and unprofessional. The staff scolded me for a minor action before even starting the nail application. The nail technician was rough and the process was painful, unlike any other experience I've had. Moreover, the final result did not match my desired dark blue matte with silver glitter tips - I ended up with a mess of blue and silver nails. Overall, a disappointing and unpleasant experience.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the nail salon. I paid £30 for a subpar job - the heart designs on my nails don't even resemble hearts. During the process, the nail technician was rough with my hands, causing them to turn red. He even bent my fingers back aggressively while filing the nails. The hygiene standards were also concerning, as my nails snapped off only a week after getting them done. I would not recommend this salon if you want quality and care.
