Got some biab gel nails done here with Marnie and they are absolutely stunning! Such meticulous attention to detail. The ladies here were so welcoming and approachable, felt completely at ease on my initial visit. Excited to come back for other beauty treatments. Strongly recommend!
Warm and incredibly hospitable upon arrival. My nail technician has executed a splendid job with my manicure in preparation for the cabin crew evaluation day. Exceptionally skilled and attentive customer service. Highly recommend to all. I will definitely be a repeat client for regular manicures. Great job ladies 😀.
I am leaving this feedback on behalf of a family member who recently visited this salon and had a gel manicure with Millie. Firstly, I must acknowledge that the salon team are exceptionally friendly and inviting. However, there are a couple of negative aspects I wish to address. While the nail artist did focus on my relative's cuticles, the result of the gel manicure was disappointing. Firstly, the polish applied on my relative's nails was not the builder gel she requested, but rather a gel typically used for acrylic nails (this was discovered when my relative visited a different salon). This gel is meant to be removed only through filing (which my relative did not desire), yet two nails had the polish peel off in one piece within the first week. Additionally, the manicure was uneven and the nails lacked smoothness.
