House of Hair has an amazing team, all extremely welcoming and have been going above and beyond to ensure the safety of their customers during this pandemic by taking necessary precautions. I feel as secure as possible when visiting their salon. Thank you, Emily, Mia, and Lily for your dedication to our well-being, it is greatly valued.
I arranged for a full set of highlights, with a small section of hair on top left untouched. I was assured on the phone that it would include a wash and blow-dry. I was highly disappointed to discover that I only had about three or four faintly lighter strands in my hair, while the rest remained darker. Not only that, the darkness was uneven, with one side being significantly darker than the other. The blow-dry was subpar, lacking any effort as they simply dried it quickly. Upon seeing my hair completed, I inquired about the highlights as they were practically non-existent. I am and continue to be deeply dissatisfied. The stylist failed to listen to my preferences and appeared uncertain in her actions. This was a complete waste of time and money, leaving my hair looking terrible and nothing like what I had envisioned. Thankfully, I declined her offer to cut it.
Had a spontaneous appointment with Casey and she was fantastic :) Incredibly courteous team, great ambiance, highly skilled and I adored the end result of my hair. Would absolutely recommend!
