I've groomed my cats for a few years now but am unable to currently, so it was a big decision to entrust someone else with them as they are all rescues. Freddie and her team exceeded expectations. I couldn't fault their approach, their expertise or their craftsmanship. They went above and beyond to cater to our requirements and all the cats returned looking and smelling heavenly. Absolutely outstanding! Our cat is rather 'earthy' and he can be skittish, so I wasn't quite sure what to anticipate. His well-being and joy were at the core of his care. They were so well-versed in how to handle his fluffy fur and tail, he left looking and smelling superb.
