I had an amazing experience at this salon today. The stylist really listened to my hair concerns and gave me great advice on how to maintain its health. I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely be returning for more services. A solid 10/10 from me, I love this place!
Mandy is my hair hero. I've tried other salons multiple times but she nailed it on the first go. She focuses on providing excellent service rather than pushing products, which I appreciate. I've been to her twice now and both times were fantastic.
Steer clear of this salon: the stylist, Mandy, didn't pay attention to what I wanted. I asked for a lighter hair colour but ended up with the same shade. She tried to fix it but it didn't work. Another hairdresser in the area spotted Mandy's mistake and sorted it out for me. Mandy should focus on her clients rather than her personal distractions. The manager's behaviour was also unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.
