I wouldn't even grant a single star if given the option! A staggering £40 for gel tips! The acrylics broke off at the sides within just 3 days, with one snapping and damaging my natural nail underneath. I have never experienced such subpar acrylics before.
Utterly repulsive experience today, as I set my phone down during my pedicure and realised the appalling lack of hygiene practices being followed. Tools were visibly rusted and sanitation protocols were non-existent. I promptly halted the service and departed, though I did pay as the technician was polite. This establishment is alarmingly unclean and I will be filing a report without delay! Avoid this place at all costs. As a British citizen, I sincerely hope this is not the norm in the UK for safety reasons!
Each member of the staff here exudes warmth and kindness. They executed a flawless job on my nails, precisely capturing the colour and shape I desired. At one point, I felt like royalty as two individuals tended to my nails simultaneously 💅 haha. Despite only calling 30 minutes prior, they accommodated me swiftly, delivering exceptional results. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, a perfect 10/10 experience. 😁
