Absolutely delighted with my recent appointment with Jamie. He did an exceptional job on my eyebrows, providing them with the ideal shape and definition I desired. The Hollywood wax was also executed with great skill and minimal discomfort. His meticulous attention to detail and professional yet approachable manner made the entire experience truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly endorse his services to anyone seeking top-quality beauty treatments. I will certainly be returning!

Upon entering the premises, I was greeted warmly by the gentleman at reception with a friendly smile. The salon had a pleasant aroma and a cozy boutique ambiance. I had previously inquired about the possibility of being seen earlier than my scheduled appointment time due to childcare constraints, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate my request. I returned at the appointed time, arriving about 8 minutes early in case of any necessary paperwork, which I completed swiftly. However, I ended up waiting for an extended period, a total of 20 minutes past my scheduled time. While a brief delay of 5 or 10 minutes would have been manageable, waiting for 20 minutes was quite disappointing. During the wait, I sensed that the receptionist/therapist was attempting to engage in conversation to pass the time. Just as I was considering rescheduling my appointment, another client who had been waiting alongside me emerged from the treatment room, and I was then ushered in. Given the delay, it would have been preferable for the salon to communicate the situation and offer the option to reschedule. Nonetheless, I was looking forward to my treatment and proceeded into the treatment room. I appreciated the privacy of the individual treatment rooms, as opposed to the crowded setting of walk-in salons. The room was cozy and inviting, with soothing background music contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. I settled into a chair at the foot of the bed, and the therapist presented a warm foot bath. This initial phase of the pedicure involved gentle filing of the underfoot and heels, followed by an exfoliating scrub and drying. Subsequently, the remaining gel polish on two toes proved challenging to remove, requiring considerable time. I observed that minimal nail preparation was conducted following this process, which I assumed might be addressed later. A quick electric file buffed my heels before proceeding to the polish application. Due to the positioning required during the treatment, I experienced discomfort from pins and needles, eagerly awaiting its conclusion. The pedicure concluded with a brief, minimal massage, falling short of the description provided during booking. The polish application was uneven, with noticeable imperfections on the toes, and the overall finish did not meet my expectations of a professional pedicure. Despite the higher cost compared to my usual salon, I did not feel a significant difference in the condition of my feet post-treatment. The end result left me dissatisfied and disappointed, particularly considering the price paid. While the salon and staff were pleasant, I am unable to recommend based on my experience.
