On the official Marks & Spencer website they say this particular store offers Recycling at Marks & Spencer service, one of very few in my area, so I carried a large bag full of my old cosmetics all the way to this store only to find out that there's no recycling point anymore - very frustrating. On the other hand, the member of staff was very friendly and apologised to me. But please, AMEND IT ON YOUR WEBSITE TO PREVENT MISLEADING PEOPLE.
