I rarely indulge in nail treatments, but when I do, I always rely on this establishment for impeccable results. I consistently leave as a delighted client 😊.
After more than a year, I decided to have acrylic nails done. The entire procedure was conducted with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and social distancing, making me feel secure. The staff's professionalism and friendliness were commendable. Having my nails done again has significantly lifted my spirits, though adjusting to the length is taking some time!
Upon entering for acrylic nails, the attendant remained silent, gesturing for me to take a seat. After a brief pause, he inquired about my preferences without any prior appointment. His reaction, marked by chuckling, head-shaking, and eye-rolling towards other patrons, left me feeling humiliated. He insinuated that waiting without an appointment was unwelcome. I promptly departed, overhearing disparaging remarks as I exited. I have decided to return to my usual salon in Chester, avoiding this establishment in the future.
