Holly is an absolute gem, impeccable job on my lashes, highly recommend her.
Absolutely avoid, atrocious service, utterly let down by my lashes... Attempted to cancel 20 mins before my appointment, en route and missed the message until arrival. Tried calling and texting for confirmation, no reply. Only when she ushered another client out 15 mins later did I approach and inquire, she then agreed to do my lashes. Appointment slated for 105 mins, completed in 45 mins, rushed and shoddy work. Lashes started shedding the next day, completely gone in 9 days (same aftercare routine). When I tried to voice my concerns, she blocked me and brushed me off. Similar treatment towards my friend, still holding her deposit, ignoring her. Not worth the time nor the money.
I've been a loyal client of Holly for 3 years now! She handles my eyelash extensions, lips, and recently my cheeks as well! I cannot stress enough how much I vouch for her. She creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Despite my fear of needles, I've never felt more at ease. Her explanations are spot-on. I always leave feeling confident and flawless.
