I have my eyebrows laminated and lashes lifted by Sammy Dey, and she is truly the best I've ever encountered! Brows and lashes look stunning, and they last a long time. The pricing is very reasonable too! Sammy is incredibly friendly and cheerful, making you feel comfortable right away.
