First time experiencing a Hollywood wax, and the process was smooth with minimal pain, thanks to Mina who made me feel incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this beauty lounge for their exceptional service and professional team.

Absolutely shocking! From beginning to end, the service was shocking. Despite being only 5 minutes late, I was not accommodated for a shorter massage. Instructed to place my head in the table hole covered with a towel, I was repeatedly told I couldn't breathe. I had to retrieve the music myself, which kept getting interrupted by messages. The start-stop nature of the massage was incredibly stressful. I did communicate my concerns to the masseuse. The Indian head massage felt odd, deviating from the usual technique and was not at all relaxing. The final straw was when there was a knock at the door, and she abruptly left, instructing me not to move, but no one returned as they were attending to another client. This led me to walk out, something I have never done before. The manager promised to call and discuss the matter but has not done so. I would not recommend this place.
