My mother and I have been patrons of this salon for a few months now, always loyal. I had a 12 o'clock appointment for my eyebrows, only to be asked to return in 45 minutes. Thankfully, I live nearby, but it would have been courteous for them to inform me of the delay. Nearly 2 hours later, still no word, so my mother phoned. The response was shockingly rude instead of apologetic. Regrettably, they have lost our custom as we will be seeking services elsewhere.

I truly adore this place!! Oliver is incredibly skilled at what they do & creates a completely serene & welcoming atmosphere. I also value the fact they are a consummate professional, I initially went in for lip enhancements & wanted a substantial amount put in, but Oliver explained the importance of doing this gradually. I recently had my second round of lip fillers done & will definitely be scheduling another appointment as soon as I'm ready for more! The salon itself is stunning & impeccably clean.
