I eagerly anticipate my visits to No 36 Hair & Beauty (Maneline) in Morley for my hair appointments every six weeks. Karl provides a professional hairdressing service, excels as a colour expert, and willingly shares tips to maintain the health of my hair. Karl is consistently pleasant, punctual, and I wholeheartedly recommend his services. He deserves not just 5 stars, but a perfect 10!
I entered the salon for a hair trim. I conveyed my desired length to him, but he ended up cutting it 4 inches shorter than requested. I only saw the outcome after he finished, and it was a disaster. The cut was uneven, and he shifted the blame onto me, insisting that I needed to tie it up for work. Furthermore, he disregarded my usual parting, pulling back all my hair and cutting it uniformly. Now, when I wear my hair down with my usual parting, it appears as though I have uneven layers on one side of my head. To make matters worse, it won't stay in a tie as he cut it too short. I can't rectify it with another hairdresser until it grows out. With my work Christmas party approaching in a month, it looks dreadful. I doubt the individual who cut my hair is a qualified hairdresser.
A hidden gem - I cannot praise enough The ambiance is fantastic, with a stunning colour and restyle. Steph is incredibly knowledgeable, and all this comes at a remarkably affordable price.
