Just visited Vaughan for my initial appointment. Very pleasant individual, immediately put me at ease. Already feeling significantly better, thank you :)
Scheduled a last-minute appointment with Marius. Exceptional service from the moment I walked in to the treatment room. Professional, informative, and skilled. Marius did a fantastic job, and I already feel a noticeable improvement. I will definitely book again when I am in the north next month!
I have been a regular at the Chiropractic Clinic for many years and have always been satisfied with the care received. However, a few weeks ago, I made an appointment after a two-year gap. I was taken aback when the receptionist requested payment in advance, something that had never been required before. Despite this, the initial treatment was satisfactory. When I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment, I discovered that my car had a flat tyre just as I was about to leave. Much to my dismay, the receptionist informed me that I would be charged 50% for missing the appointment, despite explaining my situation with the flat tyre and needing to contact roadside assistance. It was clearly not my fault, and I had hoped for some understanding and flexibility from the clinic. I have decided not to make any future appointments with this clinic, feeling very let down. Missing appointments is not a habit of mine; in this case, there was a genuine reason - a flat tyre - for my absence.
