The staff here is simply amazing! Hannah and Steve are incredibly friendly. Their products are fantastic and leave my hair feeling amazing! The haircuts are always of the highest quality. The salon itself is beautiful, and they always offer a cup of tea and a biscuit. The prices are very reasonable for the excellent cut and dye you receive. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment! ❤️

I had high hopes after reading all the fantastic reviews, and my first visit did not disappoint. However, my second visit was a disaster. Despite having the same hairstylist, the outcome was completely different. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was invited back by the owner in an attempt to fix the very poor cut. Unfortunately, this visit was even worse. The owner, Stephen Young, took it upon himself to do as he pleased without consulting me or showing any empathy. I was taken aback when he remarked, 'next time, find someone more professional to cut your hair,' implying that the staff member who initially gave me such a poor cut, his assistant manager, was not professional. I felt talked down to and like a nuisance. The contrast between this experience and my first great haircut left me feeling extremely disappointed and upset. It seemed that this business, supposedly customer-oriented, did not register my feelings at all. It took me a while to write this review due to how upset I was.

This is hands down the best hair salon in town! I've been a loyal customer since day one, and the service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, and the hairstylists are top-notch. I highly recommend this place 🖤...
