I am absolutely delighted with my hair colour done twice. The entire team, both senior and junior members, work cohesively together creating a pleasant atmosphere in the salon. The cleanliness and tidiness of the salon were maintained by the junior staff, who also offered me tea. The friendly customers and the smooth operation of the salon have left me as a happy customer, and I will definitely be returning.
AVOID THIS PLACE! They have thinned out my hair at the roots, resulting in two different lengths. The longest part of my hair is not even straight.
Although I received a great cut and colour, there was dye left on my head and face which the hairdresser claimed she couldn't remove. Additionally, I spent nearly two hours in the salon without being offered a cup of tea or coffee, which would have been a nice gesture. When I returned the next day for eyebrow treatment, it was a terrible experience. There was no aftercare provided, and I left the shop with wax all over my eyebrows. My message asking for guidance on removing the wax was ignored. They seem efficient at taking money but lack in proper service, leaving wax on eyebrows and dye on the face.
