I had hoped for a styled and slightly trimmed hair, but ended up with an extremely short pixie cut. This was my second visit. The first time was great, I loved my initial haircut. However, this second appointment has left me unable to show my hair anywhere. My hair wasn't even wet when it was cut, I looked away for a moment and suddenly all my hair was on the floor. I'm utterly shocked that this place has a 5-star rating.
