The staff members are consistently welcoming, and the shop always exudes a delightful fragrance. They offer a great selection of items at discounted prices. A worthwhile destination if you're in search of a lovely gift for someone special.
The store is impeccably tidy, the employees are accommodating, and while the products are a tad expensive, there were some promotions available during my visit. However, upon reviewing my receipt at home, I noticed that I was charged £3.00 for a paper bag, and I received two bags nested within each other, totalling £6.00 on top of my purchase. I was not given the option to decline the bags, and while I don't mind paying for them, £3.00 per bag seems excessive for a paper one. It would be appreciated if customers were asked before the items are rung up, or alternatively, bring your own bag. Enjoy your shopping experience.
