Booked a spa day for myself and my partner, inclusive of all facilities. However, after our massage, we were abruptly asked to leave the facilities, with the reception claiming we had only booked a treatment. We were even offered access to the pool for an additional £40. Upon checking online later, we discovered that we had indeed paid for full facility usage. This mishap significantly dampened our planned day. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation through phone calls and emails, the customer service team has been unhelpful, deflecting blame between departments. William from customer service left a voicemail without a contact number, promising written follow-up which never materialized. Niomi acknowledged the error in subsequent calls but now, citing GDPR, they refuse to engage further.

Fantastic spa and gym facilities. The relaxation areas are lovely, although I found the chairs a bit too tall for my comfort. The spa offers a serene environment, while the gym is well-equipped with varied class schedules. They also offer student discounts and partner with certain health insurance providers for additional benefits.

I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes before my 4pm appointment, which I did. Checked in at the spa reception and was directed to the relaxation area to wait for my treatment. After 30 minutes, I received a call saying I missed my slot because the receptionist failed to inform the staff of my presence. Despite the hiccup, my appointment with Corrine for a pregnancy massage proceeded smoothly, although the lost 10 minutes were not compensated for, which was disappointing given the high cost of the service.
